Raw Mango Salad Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal - Vegetarian [HD] <br />INGREDIENTS- <br />1 cup raw mango grated <br />1 cup cucumber peeled and grated <br />1/2 cup capsicum chopped fine <br />2 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped <br />2-3 tbsp. peanuts roasted and coarsely crushed <br />sweet chilli sauce <br />salt per taste <br /><br />METHOD- <br />- Mix together the mango, cucmber and capsicum. <br />- Add salt and just enough sauce and mix well. <br />- Plate in the serving plate and garnish with coriander and peanuts. Serve chilled.
